Our Imbolc Sabbat (da details)

After a very good and productive January meeting we have decided to have a "split" circle for Imbolc. We plan to open circle inside then continue with an outdoor bonfire and rite, and then close circle back inside.

We will meet no later than 7pm on 1 Feb. at the covenstead. 

This will be a closed circle. We will contact individually with more info.

 We will meet and discuss, in detail, plans for the coming year. We will contact personally with further details.
 Winter has set in but we know the sun still rises, and the earth, dormant, will rise again after its rest. Take this time to reflect upon yourself...

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

SAMHAIN 2013  COME TO THE SABBAT...

This year everyone needs to arrive early and bring a pumpkin to carve to be used in ritual.

We will also be performing our traditional witch bottle spell and also a poppet/magic cord n knot healing spell.

Grilled hot dogs from the circle fire for supper.

Circle will be late and the night long so plan on staying the night. We setting up camp nearby.

November 8

We are all looking forward to another joining our inner circle. He is much loved and respected by us all and the coven is proud that he would initiate with us.

He brings a wonderful and refreshing energy to the circle and his ideas and thoughts will sprout new seedlings of growth.

A busy Fall ahead

The inner circle will meet at the covenstead on Oct. 19 to prepare for initiation on the 8th of November.

We will again celebrate Samhain at Lady B's house on the 2nd of November. 

On the 6th of December we will meet at the covenstead for Yule Log & Yule tree decorating and a circle.

We will celebrate Yule on the 21st of December at the covenstead

Yes its that time again

At our Lammas Sabbat, we will need to plan a few days to practice for another initiation to take place hopefully at our October coven circle...We all know him and love him dearly and we are thankful he has decided to initiate into our coven!

We continue to grow and welcome others eventually into the Coven of Aradia. We have been blessed with finding the right people who fit in with our coven and we thank the Gods for this...

Lammas is upon us

We will celebrate the Lammas Sabbat at the covenstead. Depending on the weather, we will have the pool open and plan on grilling, then circle afterwards. We may also possibly have a newbie stopping by and meeting everyone with the intention to one day join our coven, so thats always great news!

We will get started that afternoon. Blessed Be All, we love and miss all of you...

Witch's Wishing Well Spell

Take a bowl of whatever you may choose and fill half way with water.

On the night of the Full Moon, take outside in the light of the moon so the Moon Goddess may bless your "wish".

Take something of value to you, has to be small. Like a favorite coin or crystal or whatever and charge your token with your hearts wish or desire.

Toss the magickally charged token into the water and leave outside all night for the Goddess to Bless.

You can leave the witches well outside or may bring indoors. 

Leave your token in their as a "sacrifice" to the Gods. Once you take it out the spell is over.

You can decorate your "witches well" if you like or leave plain.

Summer Solstice Remembered...

I think we all had a wonderful time and the weather decided to hold off witch we are grateful for. The meal was awesome and circle was fun with the meeting dance going off with little practice,lol...

Full moon is tonight so spread a little of your magick and thank the gods for their many blessings. We love all of you and feel we are very blessed to belong to a coven such as all of ours.
